Financial assistance to the owners
The Société d’Habitation du Québec’s (SHQ) Residential Adaptation Assistance Program (RAAP) is for people with disabilities, i.e. individuals with a deficiency causing a significant and persistent disability, who are likely to encounter obstacles in performing everyday activities.
Any person with a disability who is limited in carrying out their everyday activities at home can benefit from the program.
